a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $279,529 from the U. S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice
Assistance, for funding eligible under the FY 2009 Edward Byrne Memorial
Justice Assistance Grant and to execute all related documents.
