Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with Palacios Marine and Industrial Coating, Inc. of Port Lavaca, Texas,
in the amount of $249,960.72 for Whitecap and Laguna Madre Wastewater
Treatment Plant Clarifier Rehabilitation for the Total Base Bid Parts A, B, C and
D and Additive Alternate No. 1.
