9. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 5 to the construction contract with Bay, Ltd. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the
amount of $252,810.98 for a total restated fee of $3,070,115.90 for Street
Overlays Group 1 to add sidewalks, driveways and additional curb ramps to
improve accessibility and encase an unidentified sanitary force main in cement
sand.
