9. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Change Order
No. 7 to the construction contract with SLC Construction, LP, of Conroe, Texas in
the amount of $105,079.68 for a total restated fee of $3,026,065.94 for American
with Disabilities Act (ADA) Accessibility Ramps -Staples Street from Leopard
Street to Six Points for additional work associated with utility conflicts. (BOND
ISSUE 2004)
