15. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 1 to the construction contract with KJM Commercial of Corpus Christi, Texas
in the amount of $83,090 for a restated not to exceed contract price of $550,090
for the Police Department Building Elevators, Phase 1, to install new cab
interiors, new access control card readers and an HVAC unit. (BOND ISSUE
2008)
