a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $499,848.88 from the State of Texas, Criminal Justice Division of
the Governor's Office for funding eligible under the FY 2009 Recovery Act -
Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Formula Grant, Border Security
Cities and Counties and to execute all related documents.
