a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a
supplemental grant in the amount of $49,675 from the Texas Automobile
Theft Prevention Authority (ATPA) for additional overtime for Officers funded
under the grant, for the purchase of equipment, and to enhance the Public
Awareness Campaign for the Motor Vehicle Theft Enforcement Unit within the
Police Department and to execute all related documents.
