9. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 6 for the Landfill Gas Control Flare Station, Earthwork, Erosion Control
Matting and Horizontal Collection Gas Well to a construction contract with
Environmental Specialties International of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in the amount
of $58,939.77 for a restated not to exceed fee of $7,021,738.07 for the J. C.
Elliott Landfill Final Cover System (Phases 4-6) and Landfill Gas Collection
System.
