10. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
1 to the Contract for Professional Services with Freese and Nichols, Inc. of
Corpus Christi, Texas, in the amount of $67,968 for a total restated fee of
$1,095,485 for Staples Street -Phase 1 from Saratoga to Holly for right-of-way
(ROW) acquisition survey of 19 parcels. (BOND ISSUE 2008)

agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of
the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation by the City
