a. Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into an outside city limits water
contract with Richard and Beatrice Hinojosa to provide public water to their
property located outside the city limits on Jurica Road (CR 37) south of
Saratoga Boulevard (SH 357) and east of Old Brownsville Road (FM 665), on
Lot 27A, William Robertson Farm Tracts under Section 55-111, Code of
Ordinances.
