attachments from Eobcat Company, of West Fargo, North Dakota far a total
amount of $77,27fl.0~. The award is based on the Cooperative Purchasing
Agreement with the Texas Locai Government Cooperative ~Tt_GPC}. Financing
for the Skid Steer loader will be provided through the City's lease-purchase
financing program. This unit is an addition to the fleet.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Carpus Christi, Texas (vr hislher duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation by
the City Council.
