3. Motion approving a professional services agreement far the services of a
professional psychologist with Yaron G. Rabinowitz, Ph.D of Corpus Christi, Tx,
for an estimated amount of $~41,8a0 of which $1g,596.~1 is required in FY ~9-
1~. The term of the agreement will be far five years. Funding is available in the
General and Airport Funds for FY ~9-10 and will be requested in future fiscal
years.
