5. Mvtian authorizing the Ciry Manager ^r his designee to execute an extended
maintenance agreement with Positron Puhlic Safety Systems, Inc. in the amount
of $122,882.$8, of which $3x,720.72 is required far the remainder of FY 2009-
2010, for Evergreen Software support services an the Emergency 911 System.
The term of the contract is five years.
