22. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a First
Amendment to the Agreement fcr Weatherization Assistance Assessment
Services -Energy Efficiency, far a cast not to exceed ~4DD per unit with R.E.D.
Power Corporation for the assessments of determining the energy efficiency of
housing units including multi_family and single family units for the implementation
of the Weatherization Assistance Program.
