a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $384,882 from the Texas Automobile Theft Prevention Authority
(ATPA} to continue the motor vehicle theft enforcement grant within the Police
Department for Year 10 with a City cash match of $449,758, in-kind services
of $14,019, and program income cash match of $8,767, for a total project cost
of $857,426 and to execute all related documents.
