15. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a service
agreement with Collier, Johnson & Woods, P.C., of Corpus Christi, Texas for
$140,000 to provide professional auditing services in accordance with Request
for Proposal No. BI-0139-10. The term of the agreement will be for twelve
months, with an option to extend for up to four additional twelve-month periods,
subject to the approval of the contractor and the City Manager or his designee.
This service will be used by the Finance Department. Funding is budgeted and
mailable in the General Fund for FY 2010-2011.
