4. Motion approving the purchase of one hundred and fifty {150) units of soft body
armor from Nardis, inc., of San Antonio, Texas in accordance with Bid Invitation
No. BI-0048-10 based on best value for a total amount of $94,050. Funds are
available from the Edward Byrne Justice Assistance Grant in the No. 1061 Police
Grants Fund.
