27. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
4 to the Contract for Professional Services with Freese and Nichols, Inc. of
Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $636,003, for a total re-stated fee of
$1,775,186 for the Yorktown Boulevard -Staples to Cimarron Project for the
evaluation, design and preparation of construction documents for the extension
of Yorktown Boulevard from Cimarron Boulevard to Rodd Field Road. (BOND
ISSUE 200412008)
