b. Motion approving the purchase of 800 MHZ radios and accessories for the
City of Port Aransas #o bring all their Public Safety personnel onto the 800
MHZ radio system and provide interoperable communications, from Dailey &
Wells Communications, of San Antonio, Texas based on sole source for a
total expenditure of $360,291.92. Funds are available through the Public
Safety interoperable Communications Grant which includes a 20% cash
match from the City of Port Aransas.
