a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract
with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services for funding in
the amount of $503,500 from the Community Youth Development Program for
the 78415 Zip Code for projects as recommended by the Community Youth
Development Steering Committee for Fiscal Year 2010 - 2011, Contract
Period September 1, 2010 through August 31, 2011.
