a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $247,696 from the U. S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice
Assistance, far funding eligible under the FY 2010 Edward Byrne Memorial
Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Local Solicitation, 50% of the funds
to be distributed to Nueces County under an established interlocal agreement
and to execute all related documents.
