a. Motion rescinding the authority previously granted by Motion No. 2010-129
passed by Council on June 8, 2010, which gave the City Manager or his
designee the authority to execute an Agreement for Construction Materials
Testing and Engineering Services with Arias & Associates, Inc. of Corpus
Christi, Texas in the amount a# $71,383 for Yorktown Boulevard -Staples to
Cimarron. (BOND ISSUE 2008)
