a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $89,290.07 from the State of Texas, Criminal Justice Division to
continue the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) grant within the Police Department
for Year 11 with a City cash match of $19,520, in-kind match of $4,000 far a
total project cost of $112,810.07 and to execute all related documents.
