b. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a
construction contract with Barcom Commercial, Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas
in an amount of $3,231,000 for the Corpus Christi International Airport
Terminal Building Rehabilitation project for Base Bid only for the expansion of
the Federal Inspection Services {FIS) area to increase the screening capacity
of Customs and Border Protection, Subject to Appropriation.
