b. Motion to authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute ashort-term
monthly management agreement with Foresight Corpus Christi Golf, LLC to
manage the Osa Beach Goff Course and the Gabe Lozano, Sr. Golf Course,
for a monthly management fee of $12,000 for up to six months.
