17. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a service
agreement with the Corpus Christi Regional Economic Development Corporation
(CCREDC) whereby CCREDC will manage the City's economic development
program for an annual fee of $125,000. The term of the agreement is August 1,
2010 through July 31, 2011.
