a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $100,964.38 from the State of Texas, Criminal Justice Division to
continue the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA} grant within the Police Department
for Year 11 with a City cash match of $40,906.69, in-kind match of $7,200 for
a total project cost of $149,071.07 and to execute all related documents.
