8. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
4 with HDR Engineering, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas, in the amount of
$104,019 -for a total restated fee of $1,296,316 for Airline Road Improvements
from Saratoga Boulevard to Rodd Field Road for additional design phase
services to include the realignment of Airline Road, Rodd Field Road and
Yorktown Boulevard intersections. (BOND ISSUE 2004)
