9. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute aRight-of-Way
Easement instrument with Ronald S. Browning in the total amount of $62,539, for
the acquisition of Parcel 12 containing 1.315 acres of land, located at the
northeast corner of Airline Road at Slough Raad, necessary for the Airline Road
Street Improvement Project, Saratoga Boulevard to Rodd Field Road, Project
#6465, (BOND ISSUE 2008} and far other municipal purposes.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas {or hislher duly
authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer
that-the-money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement,
obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund
specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other
purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
