MOTION 10/19/2010
14. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with J. S. Haren of Athens, Tennessee, in the amount of $1,199,500 for
the Base Bid and Additive Alternate Nos. 1, 2, and 3 for the Allison Wastewater
Treatment Plant New Mechanical Bar Screen Facility.
