8. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement
with the Carpus Christi Arts and Culture Alliance, Inc. to receive the FY 2010-
2011 council salary funds not receivable by Council Member Jahn Marez in
support of the programs provided by the Alliance member organizations for arts
and culture programs in the City of Corpus Christi.

drawn,-and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to
annul appropriation by the City Council.
