3. Motion approving the purchase of one (1) Series iV tractor-loader-backhoe from
Doggett Heavy Machinery Services, Ltd., of Corpus Christi, Texas based on the
Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the Texas Local Government
Cooperative, in the amount of $69,779.96. This unit is a replacement to the fleet.
Funding is budgeted and available in the Maintenance Services Fund for FY
2010-11.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or hislher duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money
required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure
deseri"bed below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be
drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to
annual apprapria'on by the City Council.
