9. Motion approving the application from the Ascension Group, to temporarily close
northbound and southbound Shoreline Boulevard between Starr Street and
Lawrence Street far the 29'h Annual Harbor Lights Festival and Las Luces del
Mar Festival. Street Closure will begin on Friday, December 03, 2010 at 8:00 AM
and extend through Saturday, December 04, 2010 at 11:59 PM.
