13. Motion that the Council accept applications for the anticipated vacant City
Council position until 5:00 p.m., November 19, 2010, adopt the following
schedule, and require that all applications be filed in the Office of the City
Secretary which shall include: 1. Application for Appointment to the City Council
Farm, 2. Resume, 3. City's Report of Financial Information.
Schedule
November 19, 201 D -Deadline for applications
November 23, 2010 -November 29, 2010 -Individual Council Member Review
of applications
November 30, 2010 -Closed session to consider applicationslappoint in open
session or determine if interviews are necessary.
