11. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Contract far
Professional Services with AGCM, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of
$99,450 for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Sidewalk Accessibility
Improvements along Staples Street from Louisiana Avenue to Six Points and
Water Street from Coopers Alley to IH-37 for construction
managementlinspection services.

I, the Director of FinanciaE Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or hislher duly

officers that the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract,
agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of
the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for ar~y other purpose. Future payments are subtect to annual appropriation by the City
Council.
