c. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a
construction contract with Bay, Ltd. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of
$804,951.41 for the Paul Jones Avenue Holly Road Extension Project for the
Base Bid plus Additive Alternate No. 2 and Additive Alternate No. 3.

drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to
