a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $150,747.24 from the State of Texas, Criminal Justice Division
(CJD) of the Governor's Office for funding available under -the Coverdell
Forensic Sciences Improvement Grant Program for the purchase of a
Laboratory Information Management System, installation, and personnel
training and to execute all related documents.
