a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant award
in the amount of $99,974 from the State of Texas, Office of the Governor,
Criminal Justice Division for funding available to address gang issues, funds
to be used for overtime and fringe benefits in the Police Department, and to
execute all related documents.
