21. Motion accepting the high bid of $252,000 submitted by Channel Investments,
Ltd. for the property consisting of 16,485 square feet (0.378 acre) of vacant land
out of Lots 4, 6, and 8, Block G, Brooklyn Addition, located at 2816 N. Shoreline
Boulevard, Corpus Christi, Texas and authorizing the City Manager or his
designee to proceed with the sale of the property.
