No. 7 with Haas-Anderson Construction, I_td. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the
amount of $100,000 for Flour Bluff Drive Phase 1 from SPID to Graham,
Flour Bluff Phase 2 from Graham to Don Patricio and Flour Bluff Drive Outfall,
subject to the execution of an agreement with Wal-Mart.
