a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a contract from
the Area Agency on Aging of the Coastal Bend for the continuation of the
Senior Community Services Elderly Nutrition Program. The contract period
shall be effective October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2013.
