8. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with Delta Prime Specialty Services, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas in an
amount not to exceed $332,850 for the Corpus Christi Convention Center and
Selena Auditorium Concrete Spalling Repairs for the Base Bid and Additive
Alternates 1, 2, 3 and 4.
