c. Motion approving a service agreement with Dorame General Repair & Lawn,
LLC, of Corpus Christi, Texas, based on best value in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0012-11 for an estimated annual expenditure of $80,436,51,
of which $40,218.26 is required for 1=Y 2010-2011, for Group 4, Storm Water
Right-of-Way (ROW) strip mowing. The term of the contract will be for twelve
months with the option to extend the contract fior up to two additional twelve-
month periods, subject to the approval of the City Manager or his designee.

authorized representative}, hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers
-that the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement,
obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund
specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and. has not been appropriated far any other
purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
