e. Motion approving a service agreement with Dat A Boy Env Service, of San
Antonio, Texas, based on best value in accordance with Bld Invitation No. BI-
0012-11 for an estimated annual expenditure of $30,660, of which $15,330 is
required for ~Y 2010-2011, for Group 1, Storm Water Right-of-Way (ROW)
strip mowing. The term of the contract wi[I be for twelve months with the
option to extend the contract for up to two additional twelve-month periods,
subject to the approval of the City Manager or his designee.
