3. Motion approving the purchase and installation of one play structure and rubber
tiling from PlayPower LT Farmington, Inc., of Farmington, Missouri for a total
amount of $328,497.60. The award is based on the Cooperative Purchasing
Agreement with the Texas Lacal Government Cooperative (Texas Buy Board}.
The play structure and tiles are for the replacement of Kids Place in the Cale
Park Capital Improvement Project.
