10. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
1 to the professional engineering contract with Stridde Callins and Associates,
Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas in an amount not to exceed $4,000 for a restated
fee not to exceed $53,260 for the Selena Auditorium Lighting Control System and
Infirastructure project.
