professional engineering materials inspection and testing contract with Rock
Engineering and Testing Laboratory, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas, in the
amount of $149,379.00 for Kostoryz Road Phase 1 from Horne to
Sunnybrook and Kostoryz Road Phase 2 from 5unnybrook to SPID Bluff
