b. Motion awarding a service agreement with PMAM Corporation ofi Irving,
Texas for False Alarm Management Services for a fee of 28% of the revenue
collected. The term of the agreement will be for three years with automatic
renewal on a bi-annual basis for additional two-year terms, or portions
thereof.
