3. Motion approving a service agreement with McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, of
Hutchins, Texas for the refurbishment of thirty-two (32) solid waste refuse trucks
for a total amount of $148,941. The award is based on sole source and -will be
used by the Solid Waste Department. Funds are available in the Solid Waste
Operation Budget in FY 2010-2011.
