3. Motion approving the lease purchase of two (2) side loading refuse trucks, one
(1) rear steer brush truck and one (1) self loader brush truck from the following
companies for the following amounts for a total amount of $927,901.65 of which
$16,673.18 is funded in FY 2010 -2011. The award is based on the cooperative
purchasing agreement with the Texas Local Government Purchasing
Cooperative (TLGPC). All units are replacements to the fleet and will be used by
the Solid Waste Department. Financing for the equipment will be provided
through the City's lease- purchase financing program.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required for
the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in
the. Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been
appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation by the City
Council.
